• Variedades: Touriga Franca y Touriga Nacional.
• Nota de cata: Las uvas son prensadas y luego fermentadas, con remontajes ocasionales, en depósitos de acero inoxidable con control de temperatura a 25-28oC. El vino enveje en roble 100% francés durante al menos 18 meses antes de ser embotellado. Un vino fresco y equilibrado. Su fruta intensa junto con un carácter especiado y unos taninos fuertes pero elegantes son el sello de la expresión de sus excelentes viñedos.
• Maridaje: Carne rojas, caza mayor, quesos curados.
• Temperatura de servicio: Servir entre 16 y 18°C.
• Formato: 75cl.

• Wine Enthusiast 01/04/2012: 94 pts - Cellar Selection - 27th in Top 100 2012 - "Since we last reviewed a vintage of Romaneira, with the 2005 wine, the estate has moved closer to realizing its potential. This is an impressive, powerful yet elegant wine. Its dark fruits are sustained by wood and leavened by acidity. It has a great sense of style and potential."
• Wine Advocate #198 - December 2011 - Mark Squires: 90 pts - "The 2008 Tinto, like its "R" sibling, is very characteristic of the vintage, showing quite elegant, with relatively high acidity, and a succulent freshness. There is not a lot of depth, and in some years this might seem more like the "R," but I predict that most will find it impossible to resist the charm and elegance in this wine. It should age gracefully. Drink 2012-2023."
